Microsoft has again re-released Rollup 8 for Exchange 2007 SP3 to address an issue in which digital signatures on files produced and signed by Microsoft will expire prematurely. This makes it version 3 of this particular Rollup Update.

Microsoft has again re-released Rollup 7 for Exchange 2010 SP1 to address an issue in which digital signatures on files produced and signed by Microsoft will expire prematurely. This makes it version 3 of this particular Rollup Update.

The RTM version of the Office 2013 Group Policy Administrative Template files (ADMX/ADML) and Office Customization Tool files (OCT) is now available.

Hotfixes for Word 2007 and Word 2010 have been released which takes care of an Outlook issue where the file extension of attachments which are dragged & dropped into a new message to duplicate.

2 Hotfixes have been released for Outlook 2010 fixing a total of 28 issues.

Hotfix KB2687540 has been released for Outlook 2007 fixing 9 issues.

Earlier than expected, Microsoft has released the RTM versions of the Office family to MSDN and TechNet subscribers. Office 2013 for Windows RT tablets such as the Microsoft Surface tablet has been published as an update to Microsoft Update as well.

The testing phase of all the Office 2013 products have ended and reached the RTM status, which is the version that is ready to ship to customers. This also includes the server family of the Office products such as Exchange, SharePoint and Lync.

A security update has been released for Word 2003, Word 2007 and Word 2010 which also affects the respective versions of Outlook. It is recommended to install this security update as soon as possible.
