An update has been released for Outlook 2013 and can be downloaded and installed manually.
It is not yet being offered via Microsoft Update and the KB article doesn’t state which fixes it includes.
Update:
Even though the the KB article doesn’t state what is fixed, the KB article of the November update confirms that it indeed fixes the Autodiscover connectivity issues with Exchange 2007.
The update is dated at December 13, so clearly it missed the Path Tuesday deadline of this month (December 10).
My assumption is that it (also) includes a fix for the the connectivity issues with Exchange 2007 which got introduced with the November Security update (KB2837618). (Un)fortunately, I did not exhibit this problem with my Exchange 2007 environment, so I can’t confirm this. If anybody can, please contact me.
