Exchange 2010 SP1 Update Rollup 3 V3 released

The Exchange Team announced that they have re-released Rollup 3 for Exchange 2010 SP1. This V3 release fixes the following issues which the original rollup introduced;

  • Duplicate messages in the Sent Items folder on Blackberry devices.
  • Email delivery delay for Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 users.

In case you had not yet removed the V1 release; you can apply the V3 release like any other rollup. The same is true when you had already removed the V1 release or hadn’t applied it yet.

Outlook 2010 hotfixes for May 2011

New updates and hotfixes have been released for 2010.
Hotfix KB2547227 solves the issue where your default account is not used when your create a new message via a mailto link.

Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 4 – Removed

Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 4 has been removed from the Download Center due to an issue where messages from subfolders could get deleted when a parent folder is copied or moved within Outlook. Recovery would still be possible via the “Recoverable Items” folder (Dumpster).

Outlook 2010 updates for September 2011

2 Updates have been released for Outlook 2010. Update KB2583928 contains 3 new fixes but also 22 fixes of a previously released request-only Hotfix. Update KB2583935 is a minor update for the Social Connector.
