A Rollup Update has been released for Outlook 2010 and can be downloaded and installed manually, but is also being offered via Microsoft Update.
Update KB2687623 for Outlook 2010
This is a non-security update and has been described as “contains the latest stability and performance improvements”.
This rollup updates contains fixes which were released in various hotfixes since April 2012.
It also contains 3 new fixes which were not included in any of the hotfixes listed above.

If you have Microsoft Update configured to also update other Microsoft applications, then this update will also also be offered via Microsoft Update or has already been updated automatically for you.
A Rollup Update has been released for Outlook 2007 and can be downloaded and installed manually, but is also being offered via Microsoft Update.

Update Rollup 5 for Exchange 2010 Service Pack 2 is now available for direct download (see below for links). As it also contains a security update, it’s directly being offered via Microsoft Update as well.

While you can configure a default message format for composing new messages, Outlook will always reply in the same format as the original message.
From a compatibility and layout maintaining point of view, this makes sense. However, on some occasions, it also makes sense to “upgrade” the message format from Plain Text to HTML.
While you can manually change the message format after pressing Reply, you could be left with the wrong font settings and your Plain Text signature would have been added rather than your HTML signature.
The macro in this guide will let you reply in the HTML format as easy as pressing a “Reply in HTML” button.
Microsoft has again re-released Rollup 8 for Exchange 2007 SP1 to address an issue in which digital signatures on files produced and signed by Microsoft will expire prematurely.

The RTM version of the Office 2013 Group Policy Administrative Template files (ADMX/ADML) and Office Customization Tool files (OCT) is now available.
This set of tools allows you to deploy Office 2013 with custom defaults and additional configuration settings or to enforce specific settings.
While there are separate packages for the 32-bit and 64-bit AdminTemplates, this only applies to the Office Customization Tools (OCT) and not the policy templates themselves. The admx templates in both packages are exactly the same.
